Retreats & Off-Sites
A relaxed experience, expertly tailored to your team's current realities. Driving honest dialogue and nudging the team toward health and growth.
Offering top-shelf training for your team solves problems proactively.
Game-changing retreats don't happen by accident — only on purpose. We start by getting to know your team, a few months prior to the retreat, assessing what topics and conversations are needed to unlock hidden potential, surface roadblocks and tensions, and discover what approach will feel most comfortable for your people.
We can tailor retreats, off-sites, or training to your timeframe and event, bringing world-class insights that will captivate and motivate your team. We speak regularly at conferences and events, and while we prefer to train live, we can also conduct most sessions via video conference. We can design a custom session around topics of your choice, but we often speak on leadership and workplace transformation, team performance and accountability, employee well-being and engagement, impact and scale, healthy culture, and innovation.
We'll arrive at all topics and exercises collaboratively with leadership to ensure we're playing as a team with where you envision your team's development going next. The retreat timeline, from assessment to follow-up, is generally 5–6 months.

Leadership Development, Workplace Transformation & Team Performance
Investing in your people will help them feel excited to invest in your organization. Learn about team performance best practices, pitfalls that rob teams of cohesion and productivity, and tools for team self-assessment.

Accountability & Incorporating Meaningful Feedback
Too many organizations have a feedback gap. If we aren’t hearing critique, we aren’t growing. This session outlines a roadmap for building an accountable team, plus tips for giving and receiving feedback well and making it a meaningful part of your organizational culture.

The Learning Leader
When we lose our curiosity as leaders, we lose something essential. Struggling leaders often spend their energy defending what they think they know. Healthy leaders pursue learning, humility, and curiosity, opening new doors for growth, renewal, and innovation.
"Del transforms the way people think, lead, and work together. His communication at our off-sites has been transformative. His leadership and facilitation during our company event inspired the executive team to think more creatively and develop innovative ideas and strategies through effective discussion and collaboration."
