Transformational leaders don’t simply manage organizations; they change what’s possible. Because real transformation begins with leadership—and leadership begins with accountability. Accountability isn’t about blame or finding fault. It’s about taking ownership, building trust, and creating the conditions for people to do their best work. Transforming leadership is about more than managing change. It’s about becoming the kind of leader who can inspire change, navigate uncertainty, and bring people with you.
I love these conversations because they can change not only how people lead, but how they show up every day. My keynotes challenge leaders to take ownership, rethink how they lead, and recognize the extraordinary impact their choices can have on the people around them.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME
My name is Del Chittim.
My portfolio of experiences includes working in 25 countries, and holding diverse leadership roles, including COO, CFO, and Chief Impact Officer of an international grant-maker, Executive Vice President of a
university, and Finance Director of a network of 350 organizations.
As the founder of Flannel Solutions, I serve as a trusted
advisor and executive coach to leaders and changemakers
worldwide. I am passionate about guiding leaders through a transformative growth process that prepares them for challenges they will face both professionally and personally. My consulting firm is inspired by my signature daily uniform of a flannel shirt. It has impacted over 400 organizations and guided more than 5,000 leaders toward transformative change.
A seasoned mountaineer, I love an adventure with friends in the outdoors. When I'm not in the mountains, I cherish spending time with my family and friends at home near Seattle, Washington.
